League: Semi-Pro Team
History: The Pacific Greyhounds of San Francisco were one of the Bay Area’s top semi-pro teams of the 1930s and 1940s. Among their many opponents was the San Quentin Prison All-Stars. The Greyhounds were good enough to take on the San Francisco Seals of the Pacific Coast League.
