History: The former Washington Darts moved to Miami for the 1972 season where they became the Gatos (renamed Toros the following year). The club played at Miami-Dade College Stadium, and finished fourth in the NASL’s Southern Division. Trinidad and Tobago native Warren Archibald led Miami’s scoring with six goals on the season.
